Japan Scraps Plan for New Nuclear Plants

After the Fukushima plant crisis, Japan seemed fall into a big hole which full of crisis. Japan suffered the terrible radiation, the malaria, and the rebuild after the disaster. Japanese spent more than 1 month to deal with the nuclear reactors, and many people who dedicated to the those job died because the their bodies have or remain too much radiation. In addition, more than thousands of people needed to evacuate from the around area of stricken Fukushima nuclear pant.
Recently, Prime Minister Naoto Kan said Tuesday that Japan would abandon plans to build new nuclear reactors. He said that Japan need to explore in creating a new energy policy. Japan was going to build 14 more nuclear reactors in the next 20 years which can increase the percentage of nuclear power in the total electricity supply. In his announcement, he told the reporters, "We need to start from scratch." Also, he said, "We need to make the nuclear power safer and do more renewable energy."
Apparently, after this terrible nuclear crisis, the Japanese government pays more attention on how to make the nuclear power energy safer. The government doesn't push all the responsibility on the natural disaster. Instead, they make really thoughtful action to prevent these crisis to happen again. This is a behavior respect to the Japanese people. At the same time, Japan states another remarkable question for the world. People should seek the more and safe renewable energy in the Earth.
